It is the season of being inundated with political flyers, signs, ads, posts, mailers, videos, etc. There is no way for a candidate to personally reach all the voters in such a short period of time, so we use every method we can afford of and think of to get our names and messages out there.
However, meeting someone personally is always preferable and more interesting, and so I am hosting two open-house style meetings for the whole district this week. I hope people will come, ask me questions, eat some cookies and watermelon, walk or play in the park, and have a good time.
